Deletion of Personal Data

In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

What data do we store?

In the course of our business activities and customer communication, the following personal data may be stored by us:

  • Name and contact details (phone number, email address)
  • Message content from email, WhatsApp, or contact form communication
  • Media sent via communication channels (e.g., images, documents)
  • Project data (e.g., inquiries, quotes, order details)
  • Technical data (e.g., IP address when visiting our website)

How can you request deletion?

Please specify in your request which data should be deleted so that we can process your request quickly. Identity verification may be required.

Deletion process

  1. Receipt of your deletion request — we will confirm receipt within 3 business days.
  2. Review — we will check whether statutory retention obligations exist (e.g., tax and commercial law).
  3. Execution — if no retention obligations apply, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
  4. Confirmation — we will inform you about the completed deletion.

Exceptions

In certain cases, we are legally obligated to retain data (e.g., tax law retention periods of up to 10 years for invoices and business correspondence). In these cases, processing will be restricted and the data will be deleted after the retention period expires.
