How to write a helpful review

The most valuable review briefly tells what problem or wish you had and how we solved it — including your town. Exactly these details help others find us for their own project. One or two honest sentences are plenty:

Your starting point: what problem or wish did you have? (For example an old, creaking staircase or a new build that still needed stairs.)
Our solution: what did we build or replace — and how did it go? (For example "clad the old concrete staircase in oak, in three days".)
Your town: name your city — for example "in Dortmund". It helps others in your region find us.
Staircase & material: briefly, which staircase we built (for example an oak folded-stringer staircase).
Honest & specific: what did you like — from the consultation and measuring to the installation?
Timing: ideally shortly after installation, while the impression is still fresh.
