Is installation included?

At HTS, professional installation is always included -- it is part of the complete service. Every staircase is assembled on-site by experienced HTS fitters. This sets HTS apart from kit suppliers: you receive a fully installed staircase, not individual parts for self-assembly.

Installation typically takes one day (3--8 hours), depending on the complexity of the staircase. The staircase is precisely fitted to the installation situation, all connections are professionally made, and the railing is mounted. The staircase is immediately usable after installation.

The advantage: through in-house installation, HTS guarantees professional fitting and assumes full warranty responsibility for materials and workmanship.
