What warranty applies to HTS staircases?

All staircases manufactured and installed by HTS are covered by the statutory two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Since HTS installs every staircase itself, professional installation is guaranteed -- a common issue with kit staircases is eliminated.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Excluded are damages caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or extreme climate conditions (e.g. persistently too dry or humid indoor air). For longevity, HTS recommends a stable indoor climate of 18--24 degrees Celsius and 30--60% relative humidity.
