What warranty applies to HTS Panknin staircases?

All staircases we manufacture and install at HTS Panknin are covered by the statutory two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Since we install every staircase ourselves, professional installation is guaranteed -- a common issue with kit staircases is eliminated.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Excluded are damages caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or extreme climate conditions (e.g. persistently too dry or humid indoor air). For longevity, we recommend a stable indoor climate of 18--24 degrees Celsius and 30--60% relative humidity.
