- Floor-to-floor height (top of finished floor below to top of finished floor above) - Deck opening (length and width) - Floor plan shape of the available space - Desired stair type (straight, winder, etc.)

For the binding quote, an HTS specialist conducts a professional on-site survey (150 euros plus travel). All details are precisely measured and discussed: wood species, finish, railing design, risers, and further extras. Important: screed and plaster should be finished before the survey so the final measurements are accurate.
