**4. Final quote:** Based on the survey, we prepare a binding quote (**valid for 14 days**).

**5. Order confirmation:** With your confirmation and **50% deposit**, production begins.

**6. Manufacturing:** The staircase is custom-built in **4--6 weeks**.

**7. Installation:** We install your staircase on-site -- typically in **one day (3--8 hours)**.

**8. Final payment:** The remaining 50% is due after installation is complete.
