The entire process at HTS is divided into several phases:

**Consultation and survey:** Depending on appointment availability, 1--2 weeks.

**Quote preparation:** Within a few days of the survey, you receive the binding quote.

**Manufacturing:** After order confirmation and deposit, individual production takes **4--6 weeks**. During this time, your staircase is precision-built from your chosen solid wood.

**Installation:** On-site installation typically takes **one day (3--8 hours)**. More complex constructions such as Faltwerk staircases may take slightly longer.

**Express option:** For urgent projects, manufacturing in **5--7 working days** is available at a 20% surcharge.

The staircase is immediately usable after installation. Tip: plan your staircase order into your construction project early, ideally once screed and plaster are finished.
