How long is an HTS quote valid?

HTS quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Within this period, the stated prices and terms are binding. Material prices -- particularly for solid wood -- can fluctuate, which is why a time limit is necessary.

A preliminary quote can be obtained by phone, free of charge, if you can provide 3--4 key measurements. The final, binding quote is prepared after the on-site survey. If you confirm the order within the 14-day period, the quote forms the binding basis for the contract.
