Concrete Stair
Staircase made of reinforced concrete — precast or cast in situ.
Concrete stairs are made of reinforced concrete, either delivered as precast elements or cast in situ in formwork. They offer maximum design freedom, high load-bearing capacity and excellent fire protection. In most new builds, concrete stairs are constructed as a shell stair and subsequently clad with timber, natural stone or tiles. The combination of a solid concrete core and an elegant timber cladding unites structural integrity and aesthetics.
