CPL laminate (Continuous Pressure Laminate) is a multi-layered composite material produced under pressure and heat, often with a wood-grain appearance. Due to its robust, abrasion-resistant surface, CPL is used as an easy-care and lightfast coating material when renovating stair treads. CPL is the more affordable variant compared to HPL (High Pressure Laminate), which is pressed at higher pressure and is even more durable.
