Railing Infill
Infill element between handrail and stair construction.
The railing infill is the element fitted between handrail, posts and stair stringers. It can consist of glass, vertical spindles in timber or stainless steel, horizontal cable rails or solid panels. When choosing the infill, it must be ensured that horizontal elements cannot serve as a climbing ladder for children — the clear gap between horizontal rails or spindles must not exceed 12 cm.
