Protective covering for staircases during the building phase.
Construction protection refers to the temporary protection of a staircase during transport and building works. The treads are covered with film, cardboard or special protective mats to shield them from dust, dirt, moisture and mechanical damage. Quality construction protection preserves the surface until the building is fully completed and should only be removed after all contaminating work is finished.
