Garden Stair
Outdoor staircase for bridging differences in terrain.
Garden stairs connect different height levels in outdoor areas — for example between a terrace and the garden. They are built wider and shallower than indoor stairs, with generous tread depths and low rises. Materials include natural stone, concrete, timber (preferably weather-resistant species such as black locust or larch) and Corten steel. A frost-proof foundation and slip-resistant surfaces are essential for safety.
