Für Koeln und Umgebung fertigt HTS Panknin Massivholztreppen und bietet Stufen-Sanierungen an. Die Entfernung zwischen unserer Werkstatt in Witten und Koeln liegt bei etwa 70 Kilometern — wir bleiben damit gerade innerhalb unseres Standard-Aufmaß-Radius und berechnen keine Zusatzkosten.
Koeln verfuegt über einen aussergewoehnlichen Mix aus Gruenderzeit-Alttstadt (Severinsviertel, Suedstadt), Wiederaufbau-Wohnungen aus den 50er Jahren (Nippes, Ehrenfeld) und modernen Rhein-Auen-Loesungen. Für Altbau-Projekte im Innenstadtring sind wir in der Regel mit Sanierungen vorhandener Treppen betraut; im Neubau-Bereich ist Massivholz-Faltwerk in geoelter Eiche der Trend.
Koeln ist am Rand unseres Kern-Radius — Aufmaß-Termine koordinieren wir meistens gemeinsam mit weiteren Projekten in Koeln oder auf der Strecke. Dadurch bleibt unser Angebot trotz weiterer Entfernung wettbewerbsfaehig.
